The cosy bedroom is furnished with a large double bed. The large built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space.

Living/dining room:
The open-plan living area features a cosy corner bench, a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed if required, and ample seating for relaxation. Wi-Fi (250 Mbit), internet TV and radio/DAB/CD are available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen, which was modernised in 2024 and opens onto the living room, is fully equipped and has everything you could wish for: a hob with ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, and a fondue and raclette set.

Bathroom:
The bathroom, renovated in 2024 and featuring wood and natural stone, is fitted with a spacious floor-to-ceiling rain shower and a large washbasin. A hairdryer is provided.

Other:
The holiday flat offers an outdoor terrace measuring over 15m² with a beautiful view of the Surselva mountain panorama. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use in the utility room as required. An underground parking space and a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment are provided.
